Harris County, Texas. Folsom, found near Cypress creek by Mike Hammer on April 1, 2003. Large extremely thin classic example made from bluish grey flint with yellow spots. Recurved blade edges contract to a rounded tip, narrowest at waisted base, long extended basal ears with a deep concave base, basal edges ground nearly halfway to tip. Front side is fluted 4/5ths the way up and other side 1/2 way up. Creek polished and stained all over. Very pretty high quality artifact. Previously collected by Bill German. (2-1/8" X 7/8") E.B
