Beauregard Parish, Louisiana. Hope San Patrice, or Pelican. Large and well made example made from a white sand polished material. Blade edges bubble outward above stem, converging to a good tip. Stem area tapers down to a concave base with pointed corners. Stem edges are ground. One basal corner is slightly dinged. Very pretty relic. Previously collected by Mike Kelly. (2-5/16" X 1-1/4") E.B
