Zapata County, Texas. Shumla. Very well made and shaped example made from a pretty dark brown heat treated flint. Blade edges are finely serrated and converge to a good tip. One of the best examples I have been able to collect in 25 years. Pictured in The Finest Artifacts of Prehistoric Texas. Previously collected by Bill Yoder. (2-1/8" X 1-1/16")
