Hays County, Texas. Scallorn. Excavated from campsite along Onion Creek, near Buda. Found by Randy Carter. Exotic and beautiful large Scallorn variant type. Long serrated blade with serrations and a lethal needle tip. Long outward flaring pointed barbs. Deep corner notched with narrow stem. Stem is expanded but small and base is angled. Relic is highly translucent and is very thin from controlled pressure flaking. Best one I have ever seen. Previously collected by William M. German, Ted Nemec, Randy Carter. (2-9/16" X 1-1/16") E.B
