Austin County, Texas. Pedernales Austin. Found near San Bernard River on Colorado and Austin County line. Found by Neal Marsalia. Very large and well made example. Large and broad triangle blade with a needle tip and pointed barbs. Stem contracts to a nearly straight base. Stem edges are ground. Stem corner has an ancient ding. Fine pressure edge flaking for good shape. Surfaces have glossy river patina. Previously collected by Curtis Hodge, Neal Marsalia, William German (2710) (4-7/16" X 1-7/8")
