Vernon Parish, Louisiana. Plummet, made from red hematite with great surface patination. Perfect classic example, with small hole drilled through top end for suspension. Drilled from only one side. Shaped, smoothed and polished all over. Found near Leesville. Previously collected by Curtis Hodge. (3-1/16" X 1-3/8") E.B
