Montgomery County, Texas. Gorget. Found near the bank of W.FK San Jacinto River. Found by Mike Gorney in 2002. Average size and extremely thin example. All four corners are rounded and wider at top. Top is thickest part and only 1/8" thick. Base portion is only 1/16" thick. Has two sets of drilled holes in center. One set above the other. Bottom set is larger. Surface is ground smooth all over with no etching visible. Well made example and very fragile. Has visible drying cracks visible on back side.
