Jefferson County, Texas. Plummet. Surface find on McFaddin Beach site. Just east of High Island. Found by Troy Laird on Dec. 25, 1999. Very well made example with excellent symmetry. Flattened top and rounded bottom and widest near the base. Very smooth or polished overall. Has three parallel grooves near top hole drilled through from both sides. Probably brought in from a trade from the north? Previously collected by William German (2563). (3-3/16" X 1") E.B
