Ferruginous Rose Quartz Butterfly Bannerstone found in Union Parish, Louisiana in the 1920’s. Very well shaped, smoothed and polished all over. Drilled through from one side, leaving a 9/16” diameter hole. All edges are well rounded. The center is raised and rounded to form a tube. Multi-colored translucent spotted material of red, pink, yellow, orange and tans. (3-5/8” x 2-9/16” x 7/8”) This bannerstone was given to Pastor Gevan Spinney on a Sunday morning before church service by a member who knew Pastor Gevin liked artifacts.
