Bowie County, Texas. Boatstone, large and well made. shaped from a tan sedimentary stone. Keel is ground nearly flat and all surfaces ground smooth, but not polished. Hollow area is 5/8" deep, with thin outside edges. Only minor dings on edges. A very fine example. Previously collected by Pat Robinson, Floyd Easterwood, William M.German (2400).
