Van Zandt County, Texas. Hematite Polished Grooved Axe. Well shaped fully grooved and a highly polished classic example. Obverse and reverse side have surface depressions in the rock. The bit has minor dings as use wear. Very large and pretty example. Previously collected by Frank Dyer, Jon Hoffman, William M.German (4379). (6-1/4" X 3-3/8") E.B
