Jasper County, Texas. Quartz Celt. Found by Neches River on the Tyler and Jasper County line. Perfect made broad example. Has convex sides and a round base. The bit end is sharp and nearly straight with rounded corners. It was made by pecking and smoothing. Surfaces are very smooth. Both side edges were flattened.
