Austin County, Texas. Eagle Lake Point. Surface find near the Brazos River. Found on a gravel bar of a tributary creek. Found by David Hooks on 10 February 2019. Large perfect classic example. Has a narrow blade with convex edges to a good tip. Has lower shallow broad side notches leaving small shoulders and an expanded stem with convex base. stem basal corners are rounded. Made with fine parallel angled pressure flaking on each side of the blade. Controlled flaking allover. Surfaces are glossy dark brown patinated. A very fine example!
