Montgomery County, Texas. Hourglass Quartz Bannerstone. Found near the W.FK. San Jacinto River. Found by Joe Owen. Complete classic example for this type found in SE. Texas. Shaped, ground smooth and polished allover. Drilled through length in the centre from both ends. A 9/16" diameter hole was mostly drilled from one end. Has minor surface cracks visible on both sides.
