Columbia County, Arkansas. Polished rectangular bannerstone, found by Theodore Scouter many years ago. Complete well made example. Pecked, shaped, grounded and polished allover. Drilled completely through from end to end with a 9/16" wide hole. Much mineral deposits visible in the hole on each end. Previously collected by Rob Bartell(3-5/16" X 1-15/16") E.B
