Columbia County, Arkansas. Miniature celt, found by Theodore Scouter many years ago. Perfect medium size example; rounded convex bitt end, butt end is mostly flat. Shaped smoothed allover and surfaces are polished. Previously collected by Rob Bartell (2-1/2" X 1-15/16") E.B
