North East Texas. Polished 3/4 groove axe. Large well made example. Has rounded butt and bitt ends showing some use wear. With a broad groove on three sides. Pecked out and shaped by grinding and polished on most of its surface. Bottom side is rounded slightly. Previously collected by Jim Ehlert (6-1/4" X 2-9/16") E.B
