Columbia County, Arkansas. Miniature celt. Found by Theodore Scouter. Very nice and well made poll celt. Sides are rounded and bitt end is perfect. Butt end is nearly flat. Was shaped and smoothed allover and then polished. Pretty piece to handle. Previously collected by Theodor Scouter, Rob Bartell (3-7/16" X 1-5/8") E.B
